Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and assist with needs.
• Oversee the storage buy pick-up process and verify identity.
• Follow SOPs for phone handling and customer information collection.
• Deliver storage buy orders via POS and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and stock according to brand standards.
