Job summary

The position requires at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills. Roles can be Full-Time or Part-Time with standard store hours and a focus on safety and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of store staff.
• Strong computer skills and internet/project coordination experience.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the storage buy pick-up process.
• Oversee the storage buy pick-up with the car topper program.
• Follow the store's phone answering SOP.
• Verify the identity of pickup customers.
• Collect required customer information for pickup.
• Deliver storage buy orders in the POS system.
• Adhere to lifting safety SOP.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customer selections.
• Stock and clean products per brand standards.
• Model Floor & Decor core values in daily work.
