Job summary

This full‑time or part‑time position offers base pay from $15.15 per hour depending on experience, with higher starting pay possible. Candidates should have strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of store management and associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet storage buy customers and manage the storage buy pickup process.
• Execute pickups using the car topper program and verify identity of customers.
• Adhere to phone answering SOP and provide product knowledge to customers.
• Gather required customer information for all storage buy pick-ups.
• Operate POS to deliver customer storage buy orders.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor brand standards.
• Support core company roles and responsibilities.
