Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent customer support, process payments, and manage sale-day activities in a fast-paced environment. You will organize documents, coordinate with departments and bidders, and ensure accurate records and high-quality service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities

• Organize all keys / filing documents by internal coding system and Lot number; upload documents to the web after each sale.
• Actively communicate with multiple departments and customers who sign up equipment for documents (LOLCs, Purge Documents, etc.).
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and personal safety of team and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
