Responsibilities

• Organize and file documents using internal coding; upload sale documents online.
• Communicate with departments and customers about documents (LOLCs, purge docs).
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service at all times.
• Support safety initiatives and follow RB safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
