Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a customer service representative to provide timely information on order status and product knowledge. You will handle calls, walk-ins, and electronic requests while processing orders and supporting management with admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
• Handle all client interaction, including inbound and outbound calls, electronic requests, and face-to-face walk-ins.
• Processes customer orders and changes according to department policies and procedures.
• Processes orders Brady Sales Representative phone in and acts as point of contact regarding open orders.
• Maintains various accounts and reviews open orders.
• Pulls Material Safety Data Sheets as required for customers.
• Researches customer problems and follows through to resolution.
• Provides admin support for management including report generation, data processing, and filing.
• Greets guests and directs them to the appropriate line.
• Takes phone calls and directs them appropriately.
• Filing and other administrative tasks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
