Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Customer Service, Sales Support, or Inside Sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and key customers including order & quote processing.
• Manage/review customer inventory as needed and prepare various reports.
• Liaise between Sales and Internal Departments and back-up for Customer Solution Specialists.
• Utilize Salesforce for customer engagement, upselling and cross-selling activities.
• Respond promptly to customer issues and attend customer meetings as needed.
• Support onboarding and product knowledge updates with customers.
