Job summary

Brenntag invites a Customer Service Representative to join our Texas team, focusing on accurate order processing, timely customer communication, and cross-functional collaboration to drive loyalty and retention.

You will partner with the Account Team to manage the full order lifecycle, ensure data accuracy, and uphold Brenntag’s Quality Objectives across safety, regulatory, and policy standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service, Customer Success, or similar; 5+ years in related field and chemical distribution is a plus.
• Must solve problems, work independently, and communicate effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with collaboration orientation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Team Collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders end-to-end including entry, confirmation, and changes.
• Manage internal/external requests across platforms with organized communication.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Ensure data integrity across teams and safeguard accurate customer information.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory policies in daily functions.
