Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or similar discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/CRM systems, and team collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly via phone, email or EDI.
• Verify shipping, billing, pricing, and purchase order information.
• Enter special instructions and update customer records.
• Update pricing, new items, and delivery instructions in files.
• SupportSales staff in the field and coordinate with internal teams.
• Communicate with customers on issues and provide timely updates.
• Audit orders for pricing, terms, ETA, and carrier details.
• Document and resolve customer complaints.
• Process product returns per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory policies.
