Floor Coverings International in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a highly organized Customer Experience Office Manager to support our growing flooring and home services business. This role focuses on customer service, scheduling, administrative support, and operations management in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Paid training is provided. We welcome candidates with 3+ years in office administration or operations who are looking to grow, and familiarity with QuickBooks and CRM systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or operations.
• U.S. citizen required.
• Experience with QuickBooks, CRM systems, or scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create “raving fans.”
• Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on sales leads and open proposals.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate and schedule installations with customers and installers.
• Order materials and track deliveries; update production schedules daily.
• Communicate timelines and job updates clearly; manage project details in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Support local marketing efforts and administrative tasks.
• Perform job costing and maintain records in QuickBooks.
