Floor Coverings International is seeking an Office Manager to support customer management, marketing, and operations. The role emphasizes service excellence, communication, and organizational skills within our shop-at-home model.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining showroom and office, supporting local marketing, and resolving customer conflicts. Experience in QuickBooks is a plus, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities
