Job summary

Floor Coverings International seeks a highly organized Customer Experience Office Manager to support our growing flooring and home services business. You will handle customer service, scheduling, administrative duties, and operations management in a team-oriented environment.

Experience in flooring is a plus, but not required; paid training is provided. We welcome candidates with 3+ years in office administration, customer service, or operations who want to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in office administration, customer service, or operations.
• Experience in office management or operations is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create “raving fans.”
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate installations and manage timelines with customers and installers.
• Maintain records and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
