Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated leader to help wow customers in our Feasterville-Trevose store. The role supports daily operations, supervises associates, and ensures top-notch service as an on-site Manager on Duty when needed.

You'll drive store sales, train team members on the BEST customer service experience, handle stock, opening/closing duties, and coordinate with the leadership team to maintain orderly merchandising and a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversees the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
