Job summary

Michaels in Bourbonnais, IL is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will support truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

You'll promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enroll customers as appropriate, and assist with BOPIS/Ship From Store processes.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program enrollment and Private Label Credit Cards
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock presentation; complete merchandise return/go back process
• Support shrink and safety programs
