Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships using the TREaT model.
• Assist customers with inquiries, locate items, complete purchases, and handle transactions.
• Promote store initiatives, donations, loyalty programs, and promotions.
• Maintain displays, restock areas, and merchandise new items per guidelines.
• Train and coordinate associates, manage breaks according to policy.
• Communicate issues and improvement opportunities to store leadership.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for customers and staff.
• Handle damages and returns following procedures.
