Qualifications

• Full-time associates must be available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships using the T.R.E.A.T. model.
• Handle purchases and operate advanced point-of-sale functions.
• Maintain displays and restock areas per guidelines.
• Train and coordinate associates; manage breaks per policy.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to store leadership.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Process daily damages and returns per procedures.
