• Assist customers with inquiries, locate items, complete purchases and handle advanced POS functions.
• Promote company initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Maintain displays, restock assigned areas, and merchandise new items per guidelines.
• Train and coordinate assigned associates, manage breaks per policy.
• Communicate issues and improvement opportunities to store leadership.
• Maintain a safe and organized environment for customers and associates.
• Handle daily damages and returns according to procedures.
