El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for its Plantation, FL location. You will welcome customers, promote the Unlimited Membership, and convert interactions into loyalty while maintaining a clean, safe site.

You will resolve concerns, log feedback, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment. The role requires reliability, high energy, bilingual English/Spanish as a strong plus, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming, with visible standards.
• Log feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and share insights with the team.
