El Car Wash LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers, promote the Unlimited Membership, and turn visits into lasting loyalty. You are the face of ECW, bringing energy, a professional image, and trustworthy service.

You will handle concerns, keep the site clean, log feedback in Micrologic, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in sales, retail, or hospitality.
• Reliable attendance and professional image.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence, energy, and a genuine smile.
• Educate customers on the Unlimited Membership and convert interest into loyalty.
• Turn service into sales by reading the customer and closing without being pushy.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally to leave customers impressed.
• Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
• Log customer feedback in Micrologic and communicate insights to the team.
