Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead store to achieve and maintain customer service scores.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment works and staff are trained.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and store readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in their absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Review corporate communications and respond as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Maintain store maintenance and stock room.
