Meijer, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Store Manager to plan, direct and supervise daily operations across departments. You will mentor staff, drive sales, manage staffing and training, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding Meijer standards.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of management experience, strong communication and conflict resolution skills, and a track record of leading teams safely and efficiently in a retail environment. A high school diploma is required.

• Responsible for P&L, sales and shrink.
