Five Below is hiring a store leader in North Carolina to supervise a team of crew members and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will drive front-end operations, merchandising, and daily routines to meet brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends. Retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Trains and leads crew to deliver the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Manages opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Recruits, trains, coaches and supervises crew members.
• Partners with the store manager on scheduling and communications.
• Ensures compliance with safety and operating procedures.
