Job summary

Five Below is hiring a retail leader to drive guest satisfaction and store performance in a fast-paced environment. You will train crew, manage front-end operations, and uphold brand standards while coordinating with the store leadership team.

The role requires 2+ years in supervision, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task across merchandising, checkout, and stockroom duties. A flexible schedule is expected, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout efficiency.
• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals and brand standards.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising of candy, soda, and snacks.
• Ensures front-end equipment is functioning and staff trained.
• Manages opening/closing, sanitation, and stock readiness.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Monitors communications and coordinates with the leadership team.
• Maintains merchandising procedures and stockroom operations.
