Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will ensure the guest experiences WOW through personal contact, train crew on the B.E.S.T. principles and drive excellence in service scores across the store.

Responsibilities include front-end operations, merchandising, opening/closing duties, and maintaining store cleanliness. You may perform manager duties in the absence of the store manager and supervise recruitment and coaching to develop

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow the customer through personal contact and trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve customer service score goals from District Manager.
• Leads front end operations, keeps candy, soda, snacks aligned with brand standards.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, recovery, store ready for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the store manager.
• Partners with store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and reacts accordingly.
• Partners with leadership in merchandising and World Recovery; maintains stockroom.
