Job summary

Binny's Beverage Depot in Champaign, IL seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead the store team, elevate the customer experience, and partner with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve sales goals.

You will supervise, train, and motivate staff, oversee scheduling, merchandising, and promotions, and ensure policies, safety, and loss prevention are followed while maintaining outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
