You will assist in hiring, training, and evaluating performance, plan schedules to meet payroll targets, and coordinate merchandising and promotions with accuracy. A strong communicator and team player is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for staff and customers.
• Ability to develop relationships and coach staff effectively.
• Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Motivate staff to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure service culture is top-notch.
• Lead onboarding, training, and coaching of Store Associates.
• Assist in hiring and scheduling to maximize sales and control payroll.
• Maintain store appearance, pricing, and signage accuracy.
