• Must have 1-2 years retail management experience with supervisory/training duties.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff and customers.

• Able to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds and work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve store goals and deliver great customer service.
• Supervise and train staff to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
• Lead by example, enforce policies, and ensure safety and security standards.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and inventory management.
