Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1-2 years retail management experience with supervisory/coaching skills.
• Full-time role; availability evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to achieve store goals and enhance the service culture.
• Lead customer service, supervise staff, and drive sales.
• Conduct new employee orientations and coach Store Associates.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and payroll planning to maximize sales.
• Plan merchandising and promotional activities with accurate pricing/signage.
• Maintain store standards, safety policies, and appearance.
• Communicate with General Manager and Assistant Manager on performance and opportunities.
