Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, merchandising, promotions, and inventory support, with emphasis on effective communication with management and staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience.
• Full-time employment; ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain welcoming environment and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Supervise staff, train and coach Store Associates to improve customer experience.
• Provide leadership and drive sales while handling complex transactions.
• Coordinate scheduling, merchandising and promotions in a timely manner.
• Assist in hiring and maintaining store standards and appearance.
• Monitor inventory and payroll in line with store goals.
