Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Key Holder to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining daily operations.

You will partner with team members to uphold brand standards, assist with opening/closing, training new hires, and ensuring a welcoming environment across in-store and omni-channel services. The role requires flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays, with starting pay from USD 16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail leadership role (Key Holder or similar).
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• Familiar with store operating procedures and daily processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to create welcoming customer environments.
• Drive sales and store metrics using KPIs.
• Support omni-channel shopping experiences.
• Help manage store environment and daily zones.
• Train new hires and onboard associates.
• Assist with opening/closing, stock, and store standards.
• Maintain visual standards and markdown processes.
• Communicate feedback to Store Manager.
