Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front of store operations and promote excellent customer service.
• Lead Associates, assign registers, and coordinate breaks.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Communicate priorities to management and staff and provide progress updates.
• Promote and support loyalty and credit programs.
