• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong merchandising understanding
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to train others

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience at front of store
• Lead and mentor Associates on front end principles
• Coordinate breaks and POS coverage
• Address customer concerns promptly
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies
• Promote loyalty programs and safety
• Train associates and monitor performance
