Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience, supervise Associates, and maintain a clean, organized store. You will train team members, support POS coverage, and help drive loyalty programs.

Available to work nights and weekends; you will apply merchandising knowledge, multi-task effectively, and communicate with management. TJX offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising techniques and customer service mindset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for all associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to management and staff.
• Promotes safety, adherence to policies, and loss-prevention efforts.
