Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX Companies, is seeking a Front End Leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates in a fast-paced retail environment at our Midlothian, VA store. You will train staff, manage POS coverage, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong merchandising knowledge, and ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Lead front-of-store activities and supervise Associates.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Manage registers and POS coverage and breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies.
• Participate in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
