Job summary

The TJ Maxx team in Payson, UT is seeking a Front End Leader to promote an outstanding customer experience and oversee front-of-store associates. Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and lead front-of-store teams
• Promote loyalty programs and handle POS coverage
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
• Schedule registers and coordinate breaks for staff
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards
• Ensure tasks align with the store plan and priorities
• Communicate priorities and progress to management
• Support training needs to increase team effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
• Promote safety and loss-prevention initiatives
