Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee a team at the front of store.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Support management in training needs and adherence to labor laws.
