• Trains and mentors staff on front-end principles and customer engagement.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Promotes loyalty programs, safety, and adherence to policies and labor laws.
• Supports in achieving store goals and participates in shrink reduction initiatives.
