Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and supervise front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example, engage with customers, and promote loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end processes and customer service.
• Allocate registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Ensure tasks comply with store plan and labor laws.
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff.
