Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is in working order; train associates accordingly.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise all crew members.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery tasks.
