Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and service quality.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check out.
• Leads store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment works and staff are trained.
• Performs opening/closing, maintains cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Fills in for store manager when absent and supports recruitment/coaching.
• Partners with leadership team on merchandising and store recovery.
• Manages stockroom and store maintenance.
