Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact; trains crew in BEST customer service experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve customer service goals as set by District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment works and staff are trained for applicable services.
• Performs opening/closing procedures and maintains store cleanliness.
