Five Below in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a capable leader to oversee crew members and ensure a top-tier customer experience. You will train staff, supervise daily operations, and drive front-end merchandising to standards.

The role includes opening/closing duties and ensuring the store stays clean and stocked for customers. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, at least two years in management, and strong verbal/written communication skills.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Regularly operate the cash register.
• Lead store operations and front-end merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Train and supervise crew members; recruit, coach, and develop staff.
• Open and close procedures and maintain store cleanliness.
• Manage store maintenance and stock room readiness.
• Occasionally perform store manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
