Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and ensure fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Lead assigned store to meet customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Handle opening/closing, store cleanliness, and stock readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
