Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking a capable store leader to drive excellent customer service and daily operations. You will supervise crew, ensure fast, friendly checkouts, and uphold merchandising standards in a busy retail setting.

As a store leader, you will recruit and coach staff, manage opening/closing routines, and partner with the store manager to meet performance goals while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers through personal contact and train on the BEST customer service experience.
• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Manage front end operations and merchandise to brand standards; ensure equipment works and staff is trained.
• Oversee opening/closing, cleanliness, stock room, and general store readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Review corporate communications and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership team on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Handle routine maintenance and stock movement as required.
