Five Below is seeking a capable Store Leader to oversee crew performance and front-end operations in a fast-paced retail environment in New Jersey. You will train staff, drive customer engagement, and ensure store guidelines are met, including opening/closing duties and stockroom upkeep.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to remain composed under pressure while delivering a WOW customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Responsible for leading their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards; ensure equipment is in working order and staff trained.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, recovery and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Partner with store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Review corporate communications and act accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform stock room duties including cleaning and maintenance.
