Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and adapt to changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Lead by example with courteous service and loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Coordinate register assignments and breaks.
