Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure excellent customer service.
• Oversee front-of-store associates and manage POS coverage and breaks.
• Assign tasks and priorities; monitor progress with management.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and safety policies.
• Provide feedback and recognition to staff and coach on best practices.
• Collaborate with managers on training needs to boost effectiveness.
