Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Holland MI is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store. You will model outstanding service, train staff, and ensure a clean, organized environment while supporting loyalty programs.

Applicants should have strong merchandising knowledge, be able to multitask, and communicate effectively with management and peers. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising techniques knowledge.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Oversee front-of-store team and POS coverage.
• Train and coach Associates on customer personalization and loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Promote safety, shrink reduction, and cleanliness.
