Five Below seeks a Store Leader to wow customers and supervise crew in a fast-paced, value-driven environment. You will train staff, manage checkout experiences, and ensure front-end merchandising meets brand standards while maintaining store readiness.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure while upholding policies. This is an hourly position with starting pay around $15 per hour, with opportunities to grow

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Wows customers through personal contact and delivers fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals and manage front-end operations.
• Ensure front-end merchandise meets brand standards and equipment is functional.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and stockroom readiness.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members in partnership with the store manager.
