Responsibilities

• Ensure all crew members deliver WOW customer service with personal contact.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is in working order and staff are trained.
• Handle opening and closing procedures and keep store clean and ready for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Maintain stock room and assist with general store maintenance.
